Students - if your problem is with a password or you cannot access Gmail, please use the CC (carbon Copy) field to enter a second email address that can be used to contact you. We suggest a parent's email.
Parents - If you are submitting a ticket for a student, please be sure to provide the student's name in the description along with the problem. There are spaces for their Student Number and grade level in the form itself.
Teachers - If a student is having a problem, please encourage them to submit their own support ticket so that we can work with them directly. Elementary grades should encourage the parent/Learning Coach to submit the ticket.
